Actors Training Lab is an intensive Course that demands hard bound dedication from 45-100 days to year round programmes. It is a part-time certified course that trains Actors, Dancers and Performers to the Core.

We call it a Lab as we Observe, Research , Analyze and Experiment on various Theories and Concepts ranging from Stanislavski, Source of Energy, Meyerhold, Brecht to Natyashastra. We combine both Traditional and Contemporary Techniques to compare and create your own understanding of Art.

We rigourously work on Body, Mind, Emotions, Voice, Gesture, Posture and also allowing to study Stage-Craft, Camera Techniques, Make-Up, Costume and Light Designing to name a few.

We believe in training a "Complete Actor" by giving an overview about both Practical and Theoretical  concepts related to Theatre, Camera and Performing Arts.
